Welcome Sessions

Welcome sessions provide new students with the opportunity to meet with International Education Service staff and other new students. In these sessions we review all needed immigration documents, give you hints on getting started at the university, and review the orientation schedule.

These welcome sessions do not replace the International Education Services orientation, however you will not need to attend an Immigration Documents Check session during Fall Orientation if you attended a Welcome Session.

Please bring copies and originals of the following documents to the session:

• Your Admission Materials
• I-20 (pages 1 and 3) or DS-2019 (page 1)
  
• I-94 card (white card stapled to passport) (front and back)
• Passport
  
• Visa
  
• Copy of health insurance if you already have a policy.
