A. I ACCEPT the Offer of Admission as Stated in the Admission Letter.

    I WILL ATTEND the New Student Orientation August 25-27 (Monday - Wednesday)
    I WILL ATTEND the International Teaching Assistant (ITA) Evaluation August 18-22
    I HAVE A CONFLICT because my graduate school department has scheduled its orientation for the same dates. I will attend the portions of the International Student Orientation that do not conflict. If I miss the IES Academic Orientation session and/or the Immigration Issues session, I will attend a Make-up Orientation Session (see IES for scheduled times).
    MY SPOUSE WILL BE WITH ME and we are interested in information about the International Spouses Organization.
    I will need special services due to learning or/and physical disability.
     

    Please note that the deadline for requests for special services is August 1, 2008.
