Application Process

The University of Maryland seeks to enroll international students who demonstrate strong academic performance with records suggesting potential for success at Maryland. Undergraduate admission is competitive and is most often offered to applicants whose academic credentials indicate marks of "very good" to "excellent."

Transfer Student Visa Verification

Before you can be admitted to UM, you must notify U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) of your move from your current school to the University of Maryland.
