MCI hosted a picnic for Qingdao group

On May 5, MCI hosted a picnic for a group of young administrators from the Chinese port city of Qingdao. The delegation was nearing the end of a three-month program on public administration, communications, and high-level English-language studies. All 30 of the trainees joined faculty from the University of Maryland and the Maryland English Institute for four hours of croquet, badminton, soccer, salad, and barbecue in Greenbelt Park.
