IGCA personnel have experience in government, diplomacy, law, education, media, and U.S.-China relations.  Their knowledge of American institutions, professional organizations, universities, and corporations is matched by a deep understanding of Chinese institutions and development goals.  IGCA staff work with partners throughout the U.S. and Greater China to create programs that adapt American and international best practices to meet the needs of the Chinese people.
