Ambassadorial Lecture Series

The Office of International Programs takes full advantage of UM's proximity to Washington, DC and hosts ambassadors to speak on campus each semester to provide different perspectives on the current geo-political context.

This lecture series began in 2001 and has included visits from the ambassadors of Afghanistan, Argentina, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Cambodia, China, Denmark, Egypt, France, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Turkey, South Africa, and Thailand.
