Non-UM Study Abroad Program Orientations
Heading overseas on a summer, fall or full year study abroad program not affiliated with the University of Maryland? Don't forget to attend a mandatory pre-departure orientation hosted by UM's Study Abroad Office! Choose to attend one session on either May 12 or May 13 from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. in 0135 Armory. We'll give you valuable tips about studying abroad, information you might need abroad, and remind you about the remaining steps in the process. See you there!

Spend your winter term exploring human rights in South Africa, literature in Egypt and much more! Visit our winter term webpage for a complete list of programs. Additionally, visit the How to Apply link on each program's website to create an online application, and then turn in supplementary materials to the Study Abroad Office.  

Study Abroad Fair - Tuesday, September 9
Save the date for our annual Study Abroad Fair on Tuesday, September 9! Join us to learn more about our winter and semester programs, talk to program providers, discover ways to fund your experience, and more. It will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom of the Stamp Student Union - hope to see you there!
