Did you know... that studying abroad can cost LESS than a semester at Maryland? Exchange rates are currently the best they have been in years! Choosing a Maryland program means you can apply virtually ALL of your aid/loans/scholarships to studying abroad. Maryland also has study abroad scholarships you can apply for -- EVERY student can study abroad, regardless of financial situation.
Photos needed! You went abroad, had a blast, and now you have thousands of photos of your experience. What better way to share your time overseas than to see your photos included in brochures, newsletters, and websites? We are looking for student photographs to use in marketing materials. They must be visually engaging and high resolution. If you have fantastic photos to share, e-mail them to Kellie Corcoran and include the location of the picture. Did you receive a UM Study Abroad Scholarship? If so, you are required to complete a project reflecting on your study abroad experience as part of your acceptance of the award. You can choose from a photo essay, travel blog, or writing project. Click on the type of project you've chosen to see complete guidelines and requirements.
