Prof. Susan Moeller, Ph.D
Director, International Center for Media and the Public Agenda

A graduate of Harvard and Yale universities and an author of a number of well-regarded books, Moeller is an expert in media and international affairs and is affiliated with Maryland's College of Journalism and its School of Public Policy. In addition to Dr. Moeller, internationally distinguished faculty members will come to Salzburg to teach, mentor, and add to the global dynamic of the Academy. Dr. Jochen Fried, director of Education Initiatives at the Salzburg Seminar, will direct the program for Salzburg.

Paul Mihailidis, Ph.D
Director of Media Education Initiatives/Visiting Faculty

In addition to teaching in Maryland's College of Journalism, Mihailidis is a Program Associate with the Salzburg Global Seminar in Austria and a faculty member at the Salzburg Academy. Mihailidis has authored a number of publications on media education, global media, and higher education.

Aggie Danielewicz, Ph.D
Coodinator for Short-Term Programs

Aggie is the Coordinator for Short Term Programs in the Study Abroad Office at the University of Maryland. She coordinates all logistical aspects of the Winter and Summer programs. Aggie is available to discuss the program with any interested applicants.

Tyler D'Andrea
Program Assistant

Tyler is a Program Assistant and Advisor in the Study Abroad Office. He assists in the administration of University of Maryland short-term programs and is available to answer questions from program applicants and participants.
