Non-Maryland programs ^
University of Maryland students who wish to study abroad for the Winter Term through a program recognized by the University of Maryland but without any direct arrangement or sponsorship should consult the
non-UM Programs page to learn about the process to ensure that credit does transfer.
^ Starting in January 2009, students who enroll in non-UM (College Park) programs for short term study abroad will be charged a $250 fee per program. This charge will appear directly on student accounts.
